JAMMU, Nov 22: Hermann Gmeiner School (HGS) Jammu hosted the Little Champ Sports Fiesta 2025, an inter-school sports competition for kindergarten students, promoting fun, fitness and friendship. The event saw enthusiastic participation from schools including G D Goenka, Flower Kids, Smart Kids Playway, IDPS, Eurokids, GLS, Heritage School, Vishwa Bharti Public School, Euro Toddlers and HGS Jammu. Chief guest Chandeep Singh, Para Taekwondo and Swimming Champion, inaugurated the event alongside Principal Shakun Choudhary with a torch ceremony symbolizing sportsmanship.
Young participants displayed energy and enthusiasm in events such as Hula Hoop Race, Back Pack Race 50m, 100m Relay, Aerobics, and Rhythmic Yoga. In Hula Hoop Boys, Vishwa Bharti secured first place, HGS Jammu second and Smart Kids & Heritage third. Hula Hoop Girls was won by HGS Jammu, Heritage second, and Flower Kids third. Back Pack Race 50m was topped by HGS, while Heritage won the 100m Relay. HGS Jammu won the Overall Trophy, traditionally awarded to Heritage School. Winners were felicitated by the chief guest and Principal, concluding a memorable event for the little champs.
