Heritage School organizes Inter-House Vocal, Instrumental Competition

JAMMU, Sept 14: Inter House Vocal and instrumental Competitions were held at Heritage school.
These competitions are on integral part of the school curriculum as they provide an opportunity to students explore their innate talents as well as to display their musical abilities.
Students of classes VI to VIII mesmerized the audience with their skillful play of various instruments like flute, Casio, guitar and tabla.
Participants of vocal competition from classes IX to XI garnered thunderous applause from the gathering. The esteemed judges on the occasion were Narjeet Singh and Mr. Rakesh Malhotra who were highly impressed with the performance of the students. Participants were profusely complimented by the judges on their stellar performance. They also gave the participants valuable tips and suggestion to achieve perfection.
The winners of Instrumental competition were: Vedant Gupta who clinched 1st position, Saday Samnotra and Arshia Gupta won 2nd position and Divesh Puri bagged 3rd position.
Shivansh Ganjoo was adjudged as the best singer, Poorvi Verma won 2nd position and Apoorva Magotra won 3rd position. Overall winners of the competition were Culture House in Instrumental Event and Dignity in Vocal Music.
The Principal, Jagadish Singh Dhami felicitated the esteemed Judges and expressed his gratitude to them for giving their valuable time to the school. He congratulated the winning teams and appreciated the hard work put in by the students and teachers.
