JAMMU, Dec 9: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Farooq Khan today maintained that the healthy competition among educational institutions is benefitting students’ career progression.
He was speaking at the annual day function of Crescent Public School’s Janipur and Chak Bhalwal branches here at Jammu University’s General Zorawar Singh Auditorium.
Advisor Khan said the standard of imparting quality education has progressed to a level where competition among educational institutions is only benefitting students at large. He added that children are getting more opportunities to hone their talents in curricular and extracurricular arenas.
Dr Chand Trehan was guest of honour on the occasion.
The annual report on the school’s achievements in various fields was also presented on the occasion.
Advisor Khan applauded the cultural show presented by the school children.
