AMRITSAR, Auhg 21: The latest cricket training will be provided not only with the latest facilities, but also by the international level cricketers to be trained at Amandeep Cricket Academy Ground, here.
Sharing this information, Dr Shahbaz Singh, General Manager, Amandeep Group of Hospitals, said that considering the social responsibility of Amandeep Group, where various programmes for health care have been launched, they have also tied-up with international players to prepare players according to international standards.
“We are providing cricket coaching to boys as well as girls. Started by Amandeep Group, this lush-green stadium features all the latest cricket coaching facilities and services for emerging cricket players, such as international level coaches, bowling machine, day-to-day performance skills, AC stay Rooms, full security arrangements, round-the-clock monitoring and nutritious and lousy meals are available,” he added.
Amandeep Group and former Test cricketer Harbhajan Singh have partnered to provide cricket coaching as per international standards and considering the great contribution of Bhajjito cricket, we have renamed our cricket academy as Harbhajan Institute of Cricket.
The spokesperson further said that the decision taken by Amandeep Group was dedicated to the achievements made by Harbhajan Singh (Bhajji).
Speaking on the occasion, the cricket star & youth icon Bhajji and Dr. Shahbaz Singh said, “Considering the prevalence of drug menace in Punjab, our aim is to protect Punjabi youth and children from drugs by promoting sports and especially cricket and with this aim, we will also try to provide coaching here. So thatthe budding players could be selected for the Indian team and other prestigious tournaments such as the IPL. Harbhajan announced that any youth, whose height is above 6 feet, will be provided free coaching here”.
On this occasion, Dr Avtar Singh, Dr Amandeep Kaur, Dr Ravi Mahajan, Dr Kanwarjeet Singh, Dr Santokh Singh, Harvinder Singh Hairoo, Manish Sharma and Lovely Arora were also present.
