Guru Harkrishan School wins State Level Hockey C’ship title

JAMMU, Oct 6: The students of Sri Guru Harkrishan Memorial High School, Simbal Camp, brought laurels to the school by winning State Level Hockey Championship organised by Department of Youth Services and Sports at Baramulla, Srinagar.
In the final match, Sri Guru Hari Krishan High School trounced Baramulla hockey team by narrow margin (6-5 goals) and claimed the title trophy of the championship.
The winning team has now qualified for the National level Nehru Cup Hockey Tournament stated to be held at New Delhi, this month.
Principal, Balbir Singh congratulated the winning team and coach Jimmy and hoped for better result in national level tournament.
