JAMMU, May 17: Gurmanjeet Singh, Janvi Sharma and Aryan Kangotra brought laurels to the School and the State by winning medals in the 5th National Federation Cup Speedball Championship at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium, New Delhi.
The Championship was organized by the Speedball Federation of India.
While Gurmanjeet, student of Class 7th of SD Tara Puri High School bagged gold, Janvi of Class 6th and Aryan Kangotra Class 8th won silver medals. Ankit Sharma of Class 10th also claimed silver.
Principal of the School, Neeru Puri and Vice Principal, Saroj Goel lauded the efforts of the students and their coach, Sunny Nanda for this achievement.
