POONCH, July 27: Glamo-rous XI defeated United Chandak by 20 runs in the ongoing Tennis Cricket Night Tournament at Boys Higher Secondary School ground, here.
The tournament is being organised under the banner of Ehsaas Foundation and under the supervision of Parvaiz Malik, Chairman of the Ehsaas foundation and Gurvinder Singh, Organising Secretary.
Earlier, batting first, Glamorous XI set a target of 81 runs in the stipulated 10 overs, losing 7 wickets in the process. Himalaya and Pawan scored 25 and 20 runs to the total respectively.
In reply, United Chandak Club managed to score 62 runs, thus lost the match by 20 runs. Pinky top scored with 28 runs.
The matches are being officiated by Imran, Gurmeet Singh, Ankush Sharma, Iftikhar Bhatti, Navjot Singh, Manik Bharghav, Sukhpreet Singh, Zaffar Shah and Imran Khan.
