JAMMU, Mar 10: The Department of English of Govt. Degree College Thannamandi organized an Essay Competition on the topic “Causes of Unemployment among Youth”.
Fifteen students participated in the Competition. Afsana Naik bagged first position, while 2nd and 3rd positions were clinched by Saleema Koser and Rabia Koser respectively.
The Competition was conducted under all over supervision of HoD English, Nazir Ahmed Bhat and Lecturer, Sajad Dilawer.
Principal of the College, Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Raina appreciated the English Department for organizing the Competition and lauded the efforts of the winners for their performance.
