JAMMU, May 31: To highlight the risks associated with tobacco consumption, Red Ribbon Club, Government Degree College (GDC) Nowshera organised an online Intra-College Poster Making Competition on the theme ‘Health hazards associated with tobacco consumption’.
The competition was organised by Pooja Devi, Assistant Prof Botany and Nodal Officer RRC, under the overall supervision of Dr Surinder Kumar, Principal of the College.
A large number of students participated in the contest by making thought provoking posters, thereby expressing their creativity and perspective.
Shipali Kumari bagged first position, while Rachita Sharma clinched the second spot. The third position was shared by Sangam Dutta and Kanika Devi.
