KISHTWAR, July 9: Department of Botany, Government Degree College Kishtwar today organized a national level quiz competition for the students of BSc 6th semester.
The quiz was conducted under the patronage of College Principal, Prof. Anirudh Sharma, and Covenorship of HOD Botany Dr. Barket Ali.
Over 100 students participated in this quiz competition from various colleges of the J&K UT and outside. The quiz was based on the syllabus of BSc 6th semester covering ecology, biogeography, and economic botany.
First position was secured by Deepika Baldotra of Government Degree College Akhnoor, 2nd position was secured by Anmol Rani from Government Degree College Kishtwar, and 3rd position was bagged by Anamika Sharma from Government Degree College Akhnoor.
The quiz was organised by Dr. Zahoor Ahmed Wani, Assistant Professor Department of Botany.
