JAMMU, Oct 1: Govt Degree College (GDC), Kathua lifted the Inter-Collegiate Football Tournament (M) 2018-19 by beating SPMR. College of Commerce, Jammu by (3-2) via tie-breaker.
Prof Parikshat Singh Manhas, Director, School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, University of Jammu was the chief guest on the occasion. He appreciated and applauded the efforts of the Directorate of Sports & Physical Education for properly conducting the tournament as per AIU and Khelo India Schedule and distributed the trophy to the winner team, GDC, Kathua.
Dr. Daud Iqbal Baba, Director Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu was also present in the final match and congratulated the winner team.
Other prominent who were present are Dr. Brij Baloria, Ajay Sharma, Raj Kumar Bakshi, Vikas Karlopia and Ravish Vaid.
The match officials include Dil Bahadur, RohitKumar, Taranpal Singh, Rahul Sharma, Aqil Rasool and Gagan Kumar.
