GDC Dharani organizes Painting Competition

Jammu, Apr 28: Keeping up its commitment with the Prime  Minister’s resolve to keep  Bharat Swachh, Government Degree College Dharmari organized a Painting Competition on the theme ‘Cleaner Self: Cleaner India’, here today.
Dr. Tilak Raj Sharma, Principal of the College was the chief guest on this occasion,.
While interacting with the participants Prof Sharma asked the students to paint and present original and innovative ideas on paper that can motivate other masses to join hands for the active involvement and development of nation.
The students were very enthusiastic about expressing their innovative ideas on paper and presented their ideas in a very colorful manner.
All the participants tried their best in presenting their ideas to win this competition.
Imtiaz Ahmed, BA Semester-1st, Mushraf Hussain, BA Semester-1st, Sameena Kosser BA Semester-IInd, Heemlata Semester-1st secured first, second, third and fourth positions respectively.
Dr Chander Mohan, Assistant Prof English, Ravi Kumar, Lecturer- in-Sociology and Javid Ahmed Najar, Lecturer- in- Urdu adjudged the  Competition.
The whole programme was conducted by Pankaj Changotra, Lecturer in Political Science.
