JAMMU, Apr 3: Game Changers defeated Vridhi Royals by big margin of 53 runs and lifted KC Sports Club Under-19 Cup, played at KC Sports Club Ground, here today.
The final match of the tournament was played between Vridhi Royals and Game Changer wherein Game Changer won the toss and decided to bat first.
Batting first, Game Changer made 165 runs in 37.3 overs. Musaif made 48 runs, whereas Sanam Singh and Arsh contributed 20 and 17 runs respectively. From bowling side, Prince Rana took four important wickets while Vishal and Archit shared two wickets each.
While chasing the target, the Vridhi Royals bundled out at 112 runs. Prince Rana made 30 runs, while Snoop Bhagat and Vishal scored 25 and 22 runs respectively. From bowling side, Sampark clinched four wickets, whereas Ishi took three wickets.
Sampark Mahajan was declared as man of the match, while Kanhaiya Wadhawan was adjudged as best batsman of the tournament and Tegvansh Singh was awarded with best bowler of the tournament.
The match was officiated by Ashok Singh, Dinesh Kumar and Sebestian.
