JAMMU, Dec 29: DRS kids celebrated its 8th Annual Day with pomp and show at the Auditorium of Government College for Women, here today.
Kavinder Gupta, Speaker J&K Assembly was the chief guest on the occasion, while Dr Baljeet Singh Kapoor and S Charanjeet Singh Khalsa, MLC were the guest of honour.
The function began with the lighting of the traditional lamp, followed by Sarswati Vandana.
Vice Principal, Mr Soni presented welcome address, which was followed by variety of cultural items, including songs and dances.
The chief guest and the guests of honour lavished praise for the School for providing quality atmosphere in grooming the students.
