17th Christmas Gold Cup Football

JAMMU, Dec 15: Downtown Hero FC defeated J&K Bank Academy by a score of 4-0 in the ongoing 17th Christmas Gold Cup Football Tournament-2023 here today.
The tournament has been organised by All J&K Sports and Cultural Welfare Association under the aegis of J&K Football Association (DFA, Jammu) with collaboration of J&K Sports Council at Mini Stadium Ground Parade Jammu.
Moomin Bhat of Downtown Hero FC struck a first hat-trick of the tournament by scoring first goal in 25th minute, second in 41st minute and third goal at 50th minute while fourth goal of the match was scored by Shariq Hussain in 69th minute. Ajay, Dil Bahadur, Dheeraj and Aryan were referees of the match.
Meanwhile, in the 2nd match today between Young Hero’s FC and Shaheen FC, in which Shaheen FC won by 3-2 goals.
