PULWAMA, Dec 11: The 2 days District Pulwama Cycle polo championship 2016, which was organized by District Pulwama Cycle polo Association under the aegis of J&K Cycle Polo Association at Playing field, Parregam, Pulwama Concluded today.
20 teams from district Pulwama took part in all 3 age groups in the championship.
Principal, Abu Bakr school Pulwama Dr Bilal Ahmad was the chief guest and distributed prizes among winners and runners and certificates among the participants.
In sub junior teams category, Abu Bakr Public school emerged as winners while as Ratnigam Polo Club were the runners up.
In junior Madras Faliah Milat were the winners and Parregam club were the runners up
In the senior category Gudoora polo club were the winners while as Parregam were the runners up.
The Championship was organised by M Shafi, Organising Secretary of district Pulwama and the same was sponsored by J&K State Sports Council.
Bilal Ahmad, Fayaz Ahmad, Furious Ahmad, Irshad Ahmad and other sports lovers and officials were present on the occasion.
