KATHUA, Mar 30: Two days District Kathua Judo Championship started at District Coaching Centre, here today.
About 100 Judokas from different schools participated in the Championship.
Social worker Pankaj Khajuria was the special guest on the inaugural cermony. The championship is being organised by the J&K Judo Association under the aegis of J&K Sports Council and J&K Olympic Association.
The bouts were officiated by Shakti Gupta, State Sports Council Coach and Pushap Thakur, while Sahil Dogra is the Organizing Secretary.
Various Participants in different weight categories entered pool finals. The finals will be played tomorrow.
