BANDIPORA, Oct 14: District Bandipora Rugby 7’s Championship 2015, organized by District Bandipora Rugby Association under the aegis of J&K Rugby Association concluded today at S K Stadium, here today.
Eighteen teams across the district took part in this event.
Gulam Nabi Tantray, senior vice president of Kickboxing Federation of India and president of Rugby Association Bandipora was the chief guest, while Muzaffar Ahmed Tramboo, District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Bandipora was the guest of honour.
Arsulah Habib, District Coordinator of Cultural Wing, Chief Education Office Bandipora and Khursheed Shaheen, District Activity In-charge DYSSO were present on the opening ceremony of this event.
The Championship was sponsored by J&K State Sports Council.
