Delhi wrestler Tinku lifts Kundra Kesari title

KATRA, July 12: Wrestler Tinku of Delhi clinched Kundra Kesari title 2013 by defeating Wrestler Kaka of R S Pura Jammu in the first mali bout played which lasted for 21 minutes.
The 7th Annual Kundra Kesari Vishal Dangal 2013 was organized by Kundra Dangal Committee in collaboration with J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association near Dev Sathan, Kundra in Reasi, under overall supervision of president J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association, Shiv Kumar Sharma and Makhan Singh.
Tinku was awarded with a cash prize of Rs 4,000 while runner-up wrestler Kaka got Rs 3,000.
Shiv Kumar Sharma, who is also treasurer Indian style wrestling Association of India was the chief guest on the occasion and distributed cash prizes among the winners and runner-up wrestlers. Sarpanch Bodh Raj presided over the function, while Sarpanch Karnail and Sarpanch Ratten Singh were the guests of honour.
In all, 41 bouts were played in the one day long dangal.
