JAMMU, July 8: Jammu and Kashmir Cycling Association after conducting trials at MA Stadium today selected players from Jammu Province for the 9th National Mountain Bike Championship to be conducted by Cycling Federation of India at Pune in Maharashtra.
The trials were held under the supervision of Om Parkash, Ravi Salgotra, Munish Sharma and Rahul Mehra.
The selected players from Jammu province alongwith the selected players of Kashmir Province will be passed through screening test to be held by J&K State Sports Council before their departure to Pune.
The selected players included Vikesh Kumar and Kuldeep Kumar (Senior), Ravinder Singh and Ajay Kumar (U-19), Chanchal Singh (U-17), Danish Gul and Aatif Manzoor (U-15), Aakershait Pathak and Shubam Singh (U-13).
