JAMMU, Nov 1: Central University of Jammu announced its Cricket team today for participating in the forthcoming 18th Vice Chancellor Cup 2022 going to be held at Choudhary Charan Singh Agricultural University Hisar in Haryana from November 2 to 13.
Sixteen members squad was selected after rigorous trials and selection matches. Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sanjeev Jain flagged off the team and wished them success for the said event. Speaking on the occasion, manager of the CUJ Cricket team briefed about the All India Vice Chancellor’s Cricket tournament event and match schedules of the team.
Team: Romesh Chander (Captain), Shailender Slathia (WK), Manjeet Singh (Team Manager), Rahul Thakur, Pragati Kumar, Asif Ali, Vishal Pathania, Talwinder Singh, Sanjeev Gupta, Bhat Iqbal, Ankush Gupta, Ankur Sharma, Parveen Kumar Mehta, Rohit Gupta, Keemti Lal and Pappi Singh.
