Cueists display marvelous skills in league matches of State Senior Snooker C’ship

JAMMU, Oct 31: Cueists displayed marvelous skills in the league matches of the State Senior Snooker Championship, being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Billiards and Snooker Championship, at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
In the first match today, Priyank Gupta beat Lovish by 2-1, whereas in the second game, Varun Jamwal registered win over Harjot Singh by 2-0.
Rahul Dutta crushed Shubam Parbhakar by 2-1 in the third match, whereas in the fourth match, Junaid Khursheed lost to Shivam Hakoo by 2-0.
In the fifth game, Manipal Singh defeated Manav Khurana by 2-0, whereas in the sixth game, Ansh Chopra registered win over Aditya Sharma by 2-0
Aditya Mahajan outplayed Mannat Dingra by 2-1 in the seventh game, whereas in the eighth game, Mannat Dingra crushed Stanzin by 2-1.
In the ninth match, Adnan Lone defeated Rohit Sharma by 2-0, whereas in the tenth game, Gagandeep Singh beat Mandeep Singh by 2-1.
Inderpal Singh thrashed Ankush Sharma by 2-0 in the eleventh game, whereas in the twelfth match, Harjot Singh registered win over Arvinder Singh by 2-0.
In the thirteenth match, Kanav Nayyar crushed Varun Jamwal by 2-0, whereas in the fourteenth match, Danish Gupta outclassed Akhil Tandon by 2-0 and in the fifteenth game, Sabby beat Akhil Sharma by 2-0.
The matches were being held under strict supervision of the JKBSA members and played with the rules and regulations of Billiards and Snooker Federation of India (BSFI).
The matches were officiated by Rakesh Sharma, Pawan Khajuria and Ashok.
Meanwhile, District Poonch Snooker Championship organized by J&K Billiards and Snooker Association (JKBSA) at Youth Club Poonch commenced today. The Championship is being organized under the supervision of Er Saleem Bandey, Organising Secretary of the tournament.
In the inaugural match, Rajat Sharma defeated Aamir Sheikh by 2-0 (75-65 and 59-28), whereas in the second game, Ali Mustafa registered win over Wasim Jaffer by 2-0 (45-31 and 62-21).
Gagandeep Singh crushed Rishab Sharma by 2-1 (32-46, 38-28 and 60-43) in the third match, whereas in the fourth game, Surinder Singh trounced Ajit Singh by 2-0 (91-9 and 65-25).
