JAMMU, Dec 12: Cluster University (CU) Srinagar beat Kashmir University (KU) by a solitary goal (1-0) in the ongoing Chancellor’s Trophy-2019 Football (Men) Tournament, here today.
Aqil was the goal scorer for CU Srinagar, who netted the goal in 30th minute of the match.
In another match, Jammu University beat BGSBU, Rajouri by two goals to nil (2-0). The goal scorers were Mussan and Shivam.
In the Cluster Trophy Football (Women) Tournament, Cluster University, Srinagar defeated Jammu University by a solitary goal (1-0). The goal was scored by Ruqaya in 32nd minute of the match.
The matches were officiated by Suresh Gupta, Dheeraj Menia, Rahul Sharma, Dil Bahadur, Vijay Kumar and Gagan Kumar.
Meanwhile, in Cricket Tournament, University of Kashmir defeated SKUAST University by 8 wickets, Cluster University Kashmir got the better of Cluster University Jammu by 28 runs and SKUAST Kashmir thrashed SKIMS Soura by a big margin of 96 runs.
