Crescent Public School celebrates Annual Day

JAMMU, Dec 10: Crescent Public School, Janipur and Chak Bhalwal celebrated 15th Annual Day with pomp and show at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, University of Jammu, here.
Farooq Khan, Advisor to LG UT, J&K was the chief guest on the occasion, while other dignitaries present were guest of honour, Dr Chand Trehan (Psychology Counsellor & Consultant), Arshad Choudhary (Chairman), Imran Arshad (Vice Chairman), Tasneem Kouser (Managing Director), Arsalaan Arshad (Director), Dr Ambreen Choudhary (Joint Director), Mobeen Sayeed (Academic Director), Bhavna Kaushal (Principal), press and parents.
The program commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp to invoke the presence of the almighty, subsequently followed by the soulful school choir by the Crescentians.
Fusion of the folk dances is the wonderful way to pay tribute to the unity and integrity of India. A token of gratitude was presented by Minalika Rajput in her welcome speech.
The Annual report was presented by Tahira and Jannat which showcased the achievements of the school and students in the previous year in academic, sports and extra-curricular activities.
The event also had a reward and recognition ceremony for all the winners and achievers of the school.
The chief guest was all praise for the show.
He congratulated the school for taking such an edifying topic of multi-dimensional India and applauded the efforts of Principal and her team for making this school among the best J&K board schools.
The guest of honour, Dr Chand Trehan was overwhelmed with the performances of the school.
