JAMMU, Sept 30: During the final match of an Inter-District Volleyball Tournament between Rajouri and Jammu, wherein latter was leading by one set, the coach of Rajouri District team, Mohd Hanief slapped the rival team coach in front of the chief guest, DIG Danish Rana, here today.
After the verbal volleys between the two, Hanief lost his temper and slapped Jagjeet Chib, which forced the chief guest to leave the place and the District Police to arrest him.
