JAMMU, April 13: CMH College of Legal Studies today organised a speech competition on the theme “Vision and Ideas of Dr B R Ambedkar.”
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from 10 students representing The Law School, University of Jammu, Dogra Law College, Ashoka Law College and CMH College of Legal Studies. The event provided a vibrant platform for students to express their thoughts on the ideals and vision of Dr Ambedkar.
The competition was judged by Adv Kapil Sharma, Advocate, J&K High Court and Yogita Sharma, Legal Educator, who appreciated the participants for their insightful presentations and articulation.
Suhani Sharma of The Law School, University of Jammu, secured the first prize. The second position was jointly shared by Aarushi Sharma of CMH College of Legal Studies and Sana Ganai of Dogra Law College, while the third position was clinched by Bhuvi Bhat of The Law School.
Sajad Qamar, Faculty of Political Science, served as the Convener of the programme. The event was conducted by Akshita and Ravmeet Kour, students of the second semester.
The programme concluded with a formal vote of thanks presented by Maitree Jain, Administrative Officer, who expressed gratitude to the participants, jury members, and organisers for making the event a success.
