JAMMU, June 24: Members of All J&K Chess Association today honoured Atul Kumar Gupta, president of All J&K Chess Association on being re-elected as joint secretary of all India Chess Federation.
In a simple function held at Hotel Nek below Gummat Jammu members hoped that chess in J&K State will get a new leap with the re-election of Atul in the federation. Prominent present on the occassion were Baldev Raj vice president, Taranvir Singh Gujral coordinator, Sanjeev Gupta President Jammu District Chess Association, Advocate Rakesh Sadhotra secretary Rajouri district chess association, J&K State Champion Sumit Grover, Yougal Bakshi and others.
