KUPWARA, Oct 21: Government Boys Higher Secondary School Nagri Malpora celebrated its annual day in its school premises, here today.
The Principal of the School, Haji Mir Mohd Gulzar was the chief guest, while District Information Officer was the guest of honour.
A variety of cultural items were presented by the students on the occasion.
The School also commissioned Sultan Budshah Museum to the students wherein the historic items were displayed for the visitors.
Several Principals of Higher Secondary Schools of the District were present on the occasion. The speakers and students threw light on different types pertaining to education as a key for all developmental activities and its importance in modern age for general public especially the girl students.
The students presented welcome song which amused one and all. Principal of the School highlighted the achievements of the institution since its inception.
