JAMMU, Aug 7: Erudite Event and Jammu Sahodaya School are going to organise ‘Erudite Model United Nations’ 2020′ from August 8.
“Around 20 schools from Jammu, Kathua, Samba and Udhampur are participating in the virtual event being organised for the students,” said Pramod Kumar Shrivastava, Principal Model Academy while addressing the media persons, here.
He said that this is a remarkable opportunity for the students to debate, argument and learn from peer. “Jammu Sahodaya is working tirelessly for giving a congenial atmosphere to the students,” he said and adding that this conference is fully supported by JSSC and no fee is being charged from students to participate in the upcoming event.
While giving details of the conference, Guneet Singh, founder chairperson of Erudite Event said that there are five committee and almost 210 delegates along with campus ambassadors and faculty advisors from each school will participate in the two days conference.
KCS Mehta (Mentor of JSSC) congratulated the president and all executive committee members for the upcoming event and wished for successful culmination of the program whereas Dr Kunal Anand, general secretary JSSC and Principal DPS Udhampur said that this 2-day event will be one of its kinds and will be declared open on August 8 at 10 AM.
Dr Vikesh Kaur PRO JSSC and principal Doon International School said that such events were the need of the hour and should be conducted from time and now.
