Bhartiya Yog Sansthan holds programme

JAMMU, Apr 14: The Bantalab Zone of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan organised a programme on the occasion of its 67th foundation day at Shri Durga Mandir, Durga Nagar.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of Yog Sadhaks from morning and evening Kendras of Durga Nagar, along with participants from Roop Nagar Kendra and Nav Grah Kendra, Muthi.
A noted social worker of Durga Nagar, Bal, graced the occasion as the chief guest. P L Swadeshi, President of ADKUF, and M K Tikoo attended as guests of honour. Prantiya Pradhan of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, Kewal Abrol, was also present.
The programme commenced with a devotional song by Vinay Abrol, followed by Saraswati Vandana. Yog Sadhak P K Raina highlighted the significance of the Sthapana Diwas and the role of yoga in promoting a healthy society.
A Yoga programme was conducted by Yog Shikshaks Ravinder Pandita, Inder Mohan Raina, Asha Khuda, Rama, Kusum, and Surinder Pandita under the guidance of Kewal Abrol.
Members of Shri Durga Mandir Prabandhak Committee, including Chand Ambardar and Chaman Lal Dhar, extended support. The event concluded with Vedic Prarthana, Shanti Path, and Prasad distribution, spreading the message “Jeo aur Jeevan Do”.
