JAMMU, June 27: Bharat Darshan Tour for the winners of Football Tournament organized by 33rd Battalion at Bhaderwah was flagged off by MP Bahuguna, DIG of Jammu Sector CRPF, today.
Comdt 33rd Battalion, A Padma Kumar was present on the occasion.
Under this Civic Action Programme of CRPF for the year 2017-18, eighteen personnel including players and staff from CRPF will be visiting Goa upto July 2, 2018, and will be undertaking journey by Air from Jammu to Goa and back.
Speaking on the falg off ceremony, Mr Bahuguna said that the tour is a great opportunity for the youth to know about the culture and diversity of India.
He congratulated the players for winning the tournament and showing enthusiasm for participating in the tour.
The tour is being organized under the overall supervision of A Padma Kumar, Commandant 33rd Bn CRPF, Neelam Kaninwal, Deputy Comdt and Assistant Commandants Jyotish Kumar Mandal and Joseph Hrimai.
