JAMMU, May 27: Dr. Karan Nayyar, son of former Ranji Trophy Player, Harsh Nayyar has been appointed Physio by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI)-NCA for Under-19 boys of North Zone in the ongoing Inter-Zonal Tournament being held at Chennai from May 25 to June 7, 2017.
It is pertinent to mention here that last month, Dr Nayyar was appointed as a Physio for NCA U-19 (North Zone) Camp organized by BCCI- NCA which was held from April 20 to May 12, 2017 at Delhi.
He is the only Physio from Jammu and Kashmir, who has been assigned this job by the BCCI.
Dr Nayyar will be the Physio of North Zone team among 5 zones including North, South, East, West and Central.
Previously he was appointed Physio of India Under-19 team in Challenger Trophy last year and India Under-23 team in Asia Cup held at Bangladesh recently.
