RAMBAN, Oct 12: Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under Delta Force organized Inter Village Volleyball Championship at Khari in collaboration with Youth Club, Khari with an aim to provide a platform for showcasing sporting talents in Volleyball.
A total of 50 teams from various villages of district Ramban participated in the Inter Village Volleyball Championship.
In the closely contested finals of championship which ran for complete five sets Bazigar Club Chamalwas defeated Little Talent Khari.
Trophies were awarded to both the finalist teams and various other individual prizes were also given to those who excelled in the tournament. Winners received a cash prize of Rs 10,000 alongwith winning trophy and the runners up got a cash prize of Rs 5,000 alongwith the trophy.
