BARAMULLA, Nov 22: The Rashtriya Rifles unit of Baramulla today concluded the Baramulla Football Cup 2014 here.
The tournament, which started on November 10, 2014, was played amongst 16 teams from the region on knockout basis.
The final match today was played between Elites Blue, Khwaja Bagh and Social Welfare Football Club, Ushkara at Showkat Ali Stadium which was won by Elites Blue via sudden death.
All the teams which qualified for the quarterfinals were felicitated by prizes in addition to special prizes for the winners and runners up.
Prominent personalities from civil administration, police in addition to Army Officers were present on the occasion.
The teams acknowledged the gesture of Army and requested the Army for holding more such tournaments.
