‘Baal Mela’ organised at RMPS

JAMMU, Jan 24: RM Public School organized ‘Baal Mela’ in the School premises on its foundation day, here today.
Chairman of the School, Rameshwar Mengi, Director RMPS Rakshan Mengi, Director Pushap Vatika Rasheek Mengi, Vice-Principal RMPS, Dr Harvinder Kaur, Administrator Surinder Singh and members from sister concern were present during the event.
The event was inaugurated by Lieutenant Colonel Suraj Subba. During the event an array of stalls with a variety of spicy and savory food items and exciting games like ‘Get the key lock’, ‘Shooting the cards with gun or catty’, ‘Perfect pilot’, ‘Minni golf’ and ‘Feel the cricket fever’ were the part of the event.
Apart from this, swings, horse ride, camel ride and elephant ride were also there. The stalls displaying different items of children’s interest were established with the help of the School teachers. Students were given the money coupons to depend on whatever they wanted.
Vice-Principal of the School, Dr Harvinder Kaur said that through such events, the School wants to hone the life skills of the children. Such days of fun and enjoyment are aimed towards giving children a chance to enjoy their childhood.
She also thanked the School chairman for gracing the occasion and also expressed gratitude to staff members for organizing the event in a good manner.
Earlier, the chairman along with other staff members inspected the stalls and enquired about the quality of other items displayed there.
