Aryan, Karmanya help Sidhant Academy to enter finals

JAMMU, Dec 11: Superb batting display by Aryan Dogra and a brilliant bowling show by Karmanya helped Sidhant Cricket Academy to beat KC International School by a big margin of 74 runs and qualify for the finals of the ongoing T20 Cricket Tournament at Col Chopra Cricket Academy ground, here today.
Earlier, batting first, Sidhant Cricket Academy scored 165 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Aryan Dogra top scored with 52 runs, while Archit Khajuria contributed unbeaten 39 runs to the total. Raghav Sharma and Munish chipped in with 21 and 19 runs respectively. For KC International, Satvik bagged 3 wickets.
In reply, KC International bundled out for 91 runs in 17 overs, thus lost the match by 74 runs. Danish and Pranav contributed 22 and 16 runs to the total respectively. For Sidhant Academy, Karmanya was the pick of the bowlers, who took 4 important wickets, while Aryan Gupta claimed 3 wickets. Aryan Dogra was declared man of the match for his superb knock.
The match was officiated by Akash Manhas and Aditya, under the supervision of Academy’s chief coach, Sukomal Ganguly.
