JAMMU, Dec 13: The Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, based at Gool, under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Force (Uniform) provided the sports items to Government High School, Dharam, today.
The School is imparting education to more than 180 students hailing from village Dharam and its adjoining areas.
The items were presented to the School in a colourful ceremony with an aim for betterment of sportsmanship of underprivileged students in the remote area.
The distribution function was attended by a large gathering of villagers and other prominent persons of the area.
A small cultural programme was presented by the students of the school.
The students expressed that it is only the Army who is savior of the people in these far flung areas.
