JAMMU, May 25: Army Public School (APS) Ratnuchak organized a function today at the Khetarpal Auditorium.
The event marked the formal induction and investiture of the newly elected Student Council, ushering in a new chapter of student-led leadership at the institution, with Bavneet Singh being invested as Head Boy and Hitasha Narania as Head Girl of the school.
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp of knowledge by the Chairman, APS Ratnuchak, and the Principal, Sonal Sharma, invoking the timeless ideal of learning as a beacon of enlightenment.
The Chairman and the Principal then bestowed the nascent leaders with glittering badges and ceremonial sashes, formally conferring upon them the mantle of governance.
The Student Council, led by the Head Boy and the Head Girl, raised their hands and took a resonant oath, pledging to discharge their sacred duties with absolute integrity, unwavering dedication, and a steadfast sense of responsibility.
Adding glory to the occasion, the Chairman honoured the teaching faculty for their exceptional results and exemplary performance in the CBSE Board examinations.
The Chairman inspired the young leaders to lead by example and uphold the rich values of the institution.
