APS holds ‘Career Extravaganza’

UDHAMPUR, Nov 26: Army Public School under the leadership of School Principal Sanjeev Kumar organised two days ‘Career Extravaganza’ in the School premises in which representatives of more than 30 Indian and Global Universities participated.
The Principal of the School being a mentor of hubs of learning conducted this ‘Career Fest’ for four CBSE Schools of the district namely KC Gurukul, Brahamrishi Bhawra, KV No. 1 and APS Udhampur.
The event started with the inaugural address by Maj Gen SS Patil. He addressed the parents and advised them to gather more information about the new emerging career opportunities rather than the conventional career options.
He said that this career fair is an excellent platform for parents and students to interact face to face with the representatives of more than 30 recognised universities across India and abroad who created awareness in multidisciplinary streams and new avenues in career.
The representatives of different universities advised the students and their parents about the new emerging career options that should be affordable to them. Sonika Rajput, School Counsellor enlightened the audience with the purpose of ‘Career Fest 2022; with a detailed presentation containing all the necessary details of different universities.
Parents and students were extremely happy with the School and its management for this opportunity. They congratulated Principal APS for conducting such an excellent career awareness programme.
