APS BD Bari inaugurates AR/VR Lab, Audio-Visual Room

SAMBA, May 21: Under the mentorship of Dr Neeta Rawal, Principal, Army Public School BD Bari, the school has achieved another milestone with the inauguration of a state-of-the-art Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) Laboratory and a modern Audio-Visual Room for students and staff.
The facilities were formally inaugurated by Brig Naveen D Prabhu, Chairman, APS BD Bari, in a grand ceremony attended by Lt Col Kanwar Rohit Singh, School Officer, teachers, students, and other dignitaries. The newly established AR/VR Lab is equipped with 20 advanced VR headsets designed to provide immersive and interactive learning experiences for students from Classes I to XII across various subjects.
The lab aims to promote experiential learning through virtual simulations, 3D models, and engaging digital content, transforming traditional classrooms into innovation-driven learning spaces. Chairman emphasized the importance of integrating modern technology into education and appreciated the school’s efforts in creating a futuristic learning environment.
He further encouraged faculty members to strengthen conceptual clarity through innovative teaching methodologies.
