APS BD Bari clinches Inter-APS Cluster-I Quiz competition

SAMBA, July 29: Army Public School BD Bari clinched the winners’ trophy at the Inter-APS Cluster-I Quiz competition, held at their campus. The event, organized under the guidance of Principal Neeta Rawal, featured eight schools from the Western Command: APS BD Bari, APS Samba, APS Kaluchak, APS Sunjuwan, APS Jammu Cantt, APS Ratnuchak, APS Miran Sahib and APS Damana. Brigadier Aniket Dilip Deo, Chairman of APS BD Bari, graced the occasion as the chief guest, with Lt Col Kanwar Rohit Singh, SO School, serving as the guest of honour.
The competition commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge. A vibrant welcome song set an enthusiastic tone for the event. Participants showcased exceptional intellect, quick thinking, and teamwork throughout the quiz rounds. APS BD Bari emerged victorious, while APS Jammu Cantt secured the runners-up position.
In his address, Brigadier Deo commended the students for their preparation and sportsmanship, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in building confidence and preparing them for future challenges. The event concluded with a captivating Dogri dance performance, celebrating the region’s rich cultural heritage.
