JAMMU, Apr 21: Amaira Gupta, a Class XI student of Presentation Convent Senior Secondary School, Gandhi Nagar, has brought laurels to her school by authoring a book titled “Drishyon Par Toran” at a young age.
She was recently honoured by Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Rakesh Minhas, for her achievement. Daughter of Manu Gupta and Dr Anupam Manuhaar Gupta, Amaira has earned appreciation for her diverse talents and academic excellence.
A national-level Kathak dancer, she has won multiple gold and silver medals in competitions and has also represented her talent internationally, including at a dance congress in Dubai. She is actively involved in drama and theatre and participates in cultural events.
Amaira is also associated with Scouts and Guides and has gained recognition as a young poet, with her book showcased at a major book fair earlier this year.
