DFA’s Division ‘A’ Football League

SRINAGAR, Sept 16: Al-Ahlam FC trounced the Young Boys Balhama by 4 goals to 1, while another match remained goalless draw between Alamdar Madina FC and Flying Kashmir FC in the ongoing ‘A’ Division Football League, organised by DFA Srinagar at Gindun Ground Rajbagh, here today.
In the first match, Momin scored three goals & Rehmat netted one goal for Al-Ahlam FC, whereas Noor Hussain was the scorer for Young Boys Balhama.
Meanwhile, in the ongoing Super Division League, the match between Qamarwari FC and Court Road FC ended with 1:1 draw wherein Court Road FC made a beautiful move in 5th minute of 1st half and scored a magnificent goal through Faisal and maintained lead 1:0 goal in the first half. In the 2nd half, Qamarwari FC tried hard to find the net and succeeded in levelling the score in the 54th minute of the game.
The 2nd match was played between Syed Tajudin FC and FC Views. Both teams started with an aggressive note and tried hard to beat the defence line but could not find the net. Both the teams made a brilliant move but could not score. The match ended in a goalless draw.
The tournament is being organised by J&K Football Association in collaboration with J&K Sports Council.
