JAMMU, Apr 25: Akhnoor Football Club thrashed SFA Football Club by sic goals to nil (6-0) in the ongoing 2nd Phase of the 1st Mufti Mohammad Sayeed Memorial Gold Cup State League Football Tournament-2008, organised by Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA), here.
Ali was the star performer for Akhnoor FC, scoring three goals in 30th, 38th and 60th minutes, while Devinder Sharma, Abhishek Malhotra and Gourav Singh netted the goals in 18th, 41st and 68th minutes respectively.
The match was officiated by Ashish Kumar, Anish Kumar, Surjeet Pardhan and Devanshu.
Prominent among those who witnessed the match were Sheikh Mehmood, President DFA Jammu, Romesh Chander, Varinder Kumar, Charan Dass, Yousuf Don and Rajesh Sumbria.
