JAMMU, Dec 17: A workshop for the children of Air Force School Jammu was conducted by Flt Lt Chetan Yadav, Medical Officer Air Force Station, Jammu on “Stress Management and Suicide Prevention”.
The workshop began with a welcome address presented by Vikesh Sandhal, Principal Air Force School Jammu emphasizing the relevance of the topic for the school children.
The reasons and consequences of Stress Management were widely covered by the speaker who suggested several techniques to overcome stress. He also emphasized that stress can be a challenge to deal with but the individuals should strive to understand the changed reality and work on finding ways to move forward from there. Students further clarified their doubts regarding stress.
In her brief address, Wing Commander Shikha Garg, Office Incharge Air Force School appreciated the efforts of Flt Lt Chetan Yadav, Medical Officer and thanked the management for providing an opportunity to the children of Air Force School Jammu.
