KCSC to organize mega T20 Tourney from 1st Week of May

JAMMU, Apr 19: A mega cricket tournament analogous to Indian Premier League is due to start at the outdoor cricket ground of KC Sports Club from 1st Week of May.
The organizers have invited entries from various Cricket Clubs in J&K.
The objective of the tournament is to promote talent in the game and to reward it suitably in a tangible manner such as cash awards of Rs 2 lakh and 1 lakh for the winners and runners-up teams respectively. Similarly, ‘man of the match’ in each match and the best batsman and bowler of the tournament will also be well awarded.
KC Sports Club is also offering all the participating teams the free services of the Club for practice for a period of one month. The closing date for registration for the tournament along with an entry fee of Rs 30,000 is April 25, 2016.
“The event is going to play a vital role in the Club’s quest for excellence in Cricket and opening the doors of success for hitherto unknown talent in the game,” informed Arjun Choudhary.
