AKHNOOR, Feb 6: Senior vice president JKPCC and former Minister, Sham Lal Sharma advised all educational institutions to adopt Good Education System as it is the Lifeline to future success of today’s youth.
Mr Sharma was the chief guest at the Annual Day Cum Prize Distribution of Little Flower School, Akhnoor here today.
The programme began with the lighting of lamp as a tribute to Goddess Saraswati in presence of Sham Lal Sharma and Ashok Kumar Bhagat who was the guest of honour.
Sharma while speaking on the Annual Day celebration said that Quality education at all levels is very important for any nation to build up a stronger economy. Updated syllabus with time, flexible options to choose the courses as per the area of interest, passionate experienced teachers, research oriented environment and politics free educational campuses are few of the key factors to bring quality education system.
Principal of the School Sham Singh Langeh presented the annual report 2015-16, showing the accolades and laurels notched by the students of the school for excellence in curricular, co-curricular activities and also read out the ambitious future plans of the school.
The students presented colorful bonanza of cultural items highlighting composite culture of Jammu and Kashmir and national integration, which were highly applauded by the jam packed audience.
Later, former Minister distributed prizes amongst the students who excelled in different activities.
