POONCH, May 18: As many as eight young cricketers from remote district of Poonch have found berth in different teams during the auction of PPCPL held here today.
These players are Arpanjot Singh, Imran Khurshid, Mushaid Ali, Rydham Sharma, Mohd Sahil, Zaheer Sheikh, Toheed Ahmed and Hammad Mir.
Meanwhile, the selected players have expressed their thanks to the IGP Jammu for providing youth of Poonch a platform to excel.
They mentioned Pawan Kumar, Pervaiz Ahmed and Gurwinder Singh, all senior cricketers of the district Poonch for guiding them in their endeavour to excel in cricket.
