JAMMU, Oct 31: J&K Sports Speedball Association selected 14 players for International Speedball Championship 2014, being organized by World Speedball Federation at New Delhi from October 31 to November 2, 2014.
While interacting with the players on the occasion, S S P Railway, Suram Singh, S P Langer, Vijay Kumar Sharma and Pawan Kumar motivated them to show their talent in the international event.
Sunny Nanda, general secretary of the J&K Sports Speedball Association has been invited by the Federation of India as technical official of the event.
Those who are selected for championship included Rhea Tikku (TSPS) Pranay Gupta(TSPS), Sugandh Mehta (TTS), Mansi Salathia (MVI) Mradima Gupta (TTS), Gurmanjeet Singh (SDTPS), Sahil Janjua (JPW), Ankit Sharma (SDTPS), Samaksh Kumar (APS Akhnoor), Varunpreet Singh (SDTPS), Aryan Kangotra (SDTPS), Adveer Kundal (MVI) and Hardik Pandita (DPS).
