JAMMU, Oct 14: ZCC defeated Trikuta Cricket Academy in a thrilling contest by 3 runs in the ongoing Diwali Cup at Railway ground, here today.
Batting first, ZZaira Cricket Club (ZCC) scored 164 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Sandeep top scored with 58 runs, while Aftab contributed 33 runs. Ayush took 3 wickets, while Vishal claimed 2 wickets for Trikuta Cricket Academy.
Trikuta Cricket Academy scored 161 runs to lose the match by 3 runs. Balbir top scored with 45 runs, while Ayush and Jahanvir contributed 41 and 36 runs to the total respectively. From ZCC, Aftab took 2 wickets. Sandeep was declared as the man of the match.
